Filed a complaint with paypal over the bootleg dvd I recieved from jfsales51 using the www.ecrater.com platform. When they "resolved" in less than 90 minutes I called. Laurie from Paypal informed that I am only protected if I make a purchase from ebay and ebay only. I have no recourse if I purchase anything from any other store whatsoever unless the item does not arrive. I am closing my paypal account and will use my charge card from now on. At least they will let me dispute it when I get ripped off.
