I subscribed on 11/14/09 to do business with Nimitech ltd for 5 days only and if I liked it, to continue for $99.80 each month. I did not like it and I canceled my subscription on 11/17/09. PayPal records show that I had my subscription canceled.


Then, on 11/19/09 PayPal paid $99.80 to Nimitech ltd using my cash and credit card. I informed PayPal that the payment was not authorized and asked a reversal of payment. So far, PayPal has refused to reverse the un-authorized payment.


It seems that PayPal has pocketed the money without paying anything to Nimitech ltd. Because on 11/19/09 I did not have a contract with Nimitech ltd.
