PC Richard Dis not remove and install A/C even though I paid for it. Nationwide

I was to recieve a GE A/C today that requied the removal and insallation of a newly purchased A/C. The delivery persons rush into my  bedroom and place the A/C on the floor side ways. The box clearly states the up position on the box and that it should only be placed upright and not side ways. They told me that they were NOT the installers and that I had to call the comany to have it installed. they were talking very fast. I ask them to move the A/C into my living room but they gave me a B.S. excuse saying that there are many parts in the box and if they moved it it can damage the unit (even though they place the a/c box on the floor sideways which can can damage to the unit).

My daughter sign the delivery form when I wasn't paying attention. When they left and I looked at the delivery papers it did not have the delivery man's signature. I feel I was taking for a ride. The A/C box was slightly crushed on both sides. We call PC Richards and they instructed us to place the box in the upright position. They said they will send another person in 2 days. I feel like I was jerked around. I requested a new A/C in a non crushed box. They agreed but I need to wait and see to see if this will actually happen. I feel that the delivery persons should be fired. Or if this is PC Richards way of providing customer service then I say avoid buying from PC RICHARD. IT IS NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE!!!! I'm very angry and disappointed in PC Richards service. TOTALLY DISGUSTED!
