Bought a 65" Television from PC Richards on E 86th Street. Knowing it was close to the Super Bowl when specials happen, the salesman, Peter Castle petermcastle-gmail told me that if I found a matching price, they would match it and if I didn't like the TV I could exchange it within 30 days.

Watched a TV commercial a day after I bought the television and it was another 65" Samsung, and for the same price as what I paid, they offered 2 additional TV's for free. 

Called Peter Castle and he said it was a different model. Said I could not get the deal, could not exchange my TV and unless it was broken, could not return or replace a TV over 50". 

All of these were lies.  Made up and told to me so I couldn't get the deal. Manager finally jumped on the call and gave me a $100 discount - a far cry from the $500+ value of the 2 televisions they were offering for free. 

I've bought at this company for years. I will never buy from them again. 

What a total ripoff. 

Peter Castle is a seasoned salesperson with over 14 years experience. He should be fired.  

Wrote to the company and have not gotten any response.  I would suggest buying at a more reputable store.

Never again.
