These thieves (Pcdeal4U) sold me a used Microsoft Office product key that doesn't work and refuse to refund my money. I have made over ten requests for a refund and they have stopped returning my emails. I am going to file a report with the local PD, the PD in their home state and both attorney generals. Do not buy anything from them. They are thieves.

I had a similar thing happen...and for the record, I was looking for a cheaper price on a genuine Microsoft product, which PCDEAL4U (aka elecsurf_PC) and many more) advertises on their website to be 'genuine'. My first clue was that it was not holographic...and no return address. I specifically wanted a CD and had paid extra for that, versus the download, because I was about to purchase a new computer on which I wanted the Office software. The key I was given would not work. Contacted PCDEAL4U and got a lot of run around. Tried to put the office key again and somehow ended up at Microsoft.com and had a chat with their people, who validated that, indeed, I had been sold a fraudulent piece of software (purchased to install on numerous business machines, not one). Since I had purchased with Credit Card, my CC owner was able to get a refund in place for me. Subsequently, I filed with Better Business Bureau and a few other places. Be careful where your 'Genuine Microsoft' software comes from.

Let's see if I have this right- you went to a scammer to buy an illegal Microsoft Office key so that you can illegally use a copyrighted computer program...am I right so far???
Afterthe scammer ripped you off, you say you are going to go to the police and the attorney general and file a complaint??? What would tell them?
May I suggest that you DO go to the police, file a complaint and PLEASE get back to us after you file your complaint. I can't wait!!!
OMG!!! This is so rich!!! LMAO!!!
