I signed up for the yearly plan and when it did not work they had me going crazy trying all sorts of different ways to make it work. Then they gave me a free demo of the newest version totry. That was only good for 30 days ..

I tried putting my yearly plan code in to use it after the 30 days were up but the code no longer worked. I emailed them about 15 times and just got a run around.
