Peak Five rude, they blackmail, aggressive and state un true laws Centennial Colorado

I tried to purchae a new vehicle and trade in my current vehicle that was handled by Peak Five. When the dealership called Peak Five for the payoff they stated that they needed to speak to me. When I got on the phone a representative told me that she would not be able to give me the payoff until I made a payment for $349.00 wich was ten days late. I advised her that my loan was approved and that the finance company would be sending a check for the full amount. She stated that she would not release the payoff until I made my regular payment. I was furious by then and explained to her that I needed to speak to her manager. Her manager then told me the same thing. He refused to give me the payoff amount which at that time I had no choice but to discoonect the call.
