Pelican Reef Surfside Beach 20 questions you about who is renting, what their ages are and then is rude to you when you give them this information....lacks in dealing with the public Surfside Beach South Carolina

I had gone onto home aways website to inquire as to a beach house that my family rented in 2007, it was still there, Pelican Reef. My family wanted to rent this house again for a family get together and a way for us to relax. This is my parents gift to my sister and her family as well as mine. I filled out the request...name, when we wanted to rent this house, how many people etc.. I waited for a reply from the owner as to what the rental would be so we could sent in the proper deposit. I received a email from the owner Ryanna, it was not in any way a formal type email or personal at all..."How many adults and ages? How many children and ages? what is the type/size/weight of dog? thank you.". . I provided her with the information as to the ages, thinking this was odd but oh well I wanted to go to the beach...I also included in the email the fact that my parents had rented this house prior thinking she would have this information and it would make things easier on her, she could look it up and would know all of this....I received another email back ...this is her email.....doesn't sound like a person I would want to rent from when she can't get her grammer or words correct..doesn't sound very professional at all. "Apparently when your rented the house in August 2007 you rented through Caycee. We purchased the house July 1, 2007 due to her financial peril. Perhaps to will find someone else to rent you this nice of a home with an 80 pound dog for this amount of money. thank you." Ok what does a 12 year old 80 pound dog have to do with asking a person how much THEY rent their house for? I answered all her questions and she has yet to answer mine when I orginially filled out the request...how much is the rental for a weeks stay at this beach house??? Doesn't take a rocket scientist to answer but aparentantly this is way over Ryanna's head....maybe she should think about taking her information off Home away and all the other rent it yourself websites and have a company handle it for her then maybe she wouldn't have to deal with the public since this is a problem for her.....
