PeoplePC This co. must be held accountable. They are common theifs! ripoff San Fransisco California

After being transfered from EV1, knowingly but unwillingly, I have been ripped off by PeoplePC.

I was trnasfered from EV1 in Nov.'06. I cancelled my account before Dec 31st'06. I am being charged for Jan'07, because I don't have a confirmation number of my cancellation.

I was never given a confirmation number, i was never told I needed a confirmation number, I was harrased into continuing with their service over and over, but was never given a confirmation number.

Since I have no confirmation number they cant seem to find any record of me cancelling, so they are now charging me for a month I did not use.

I am sure their records show my call the day after christmas, I know this because when I called in Jan, they noted I had called to cancel but could not explain why they had not stopped my service. I also know their records will show I did not even use their service of conecting to the internet since NOV'06.

Fortunately for me ev1, whom I had for ten years with no problems, did not give them my checking account info, nor do they have any credit card numbers for me. So they will never get my $10.95, but if this goes to collections and leaves a mark on my credit its just as bad.

Their must be a class action suit brought against these thieves.

If it's $10 bucks or $1000's its still stealing and they will pay!!
