Use to be when you shook hands and signed a contract and left a dealership, you had a deal. Not anymore or not so with Folsom Lake Nissan anyway. I bought a 2002 Hyundai on 08/31/03, trading in my 2002 Toyota. I was almost immediately worried when the car pulled right like it had been in a major accident. The right front start whistling and the breaks started crunching.

Well, I figured I would take it back to the dealership, little did I know the dealership would be calling me. They wanted more money down, or the car back. The person that called was extremely rude. He said " we need you down here right now to finance" I said well I am on my way to work, well then he said "First thing tomorrow morning!" Well, I wanted to know why, he said, "You'll find out when you get here!"

I was appalled!! That is not how they treated me when I bought the car! So the next day I take the piece of garbage back, they wanted more money, I said NO WAY! Thankful god was giving me a second chance with my perfect truck! Well, they didn't give me all my keys back; they didn't have my money that they had cashed the check for. Didn't have the checks they were holding for the remainder of the down payment. Plus they gave me the car dead empty; it cost me 25.00 to fill, and 18.00 per check to stop payment.

I hope no one has to go through that, after 7 hours of sitting there you find you just wasted your whole day and you lost 2 more points on your credit score all for the joy of being treated like a criminal!
