      To begin with this company runs more like a start up vs an established company. When I first ordered plants from them I was fully aware that this was a pre order. When I emailed to ask when to expect the shipment I got a rude reply. Their return email stating that their site states 17 time that this is a pre order and if I wanted a refund. I just wanted to know when to expect it. I finally got an answer that the expected ship date is on their sister site. How am I supposed to know if I have to jump to different sites to get answers if they don't state it on the page I'm ordering from?

    Their site doesn't specify that the plants your going to get are seedlings, about 2-3 inches tall. Most sites will say they ship in a 2-4 inch cone or pot. As someone else mentioned these plants were wrapped rather poorly. Dealing with other sites I know that I'm getting a 5-6 inch plant.

    The condition of the plants and packaging was moderate. Since these plants were so small and fragile they were packaged to withstand any abuse in shipping. Thick construction paper shaped into a tube with clear tape holding the tube and plant together. The plant was inside the tube wrapped in a sandwich bag, inside of a damp papertowel. Each layer was wrapped in clear tape. For such a delicate plant to be taken out of this mess almost requires surgery. This is not a professional company. There are other companies that sell the same plants that have less wait time, better customer service, and higher quality products.

To the owner Deacon Navarro I will not be a repeat customer unless policies change.
