 After searching for an insurance coverage on line had some lady contacted me went over in detail on a coverage type after providing me with a detail coverage and monthly payment of $239.00 per month I founded it very good. She then proceeded to tell me there was a $99.00 fee for initial time just a one time only. Therefore charged my credit card $ 339.00 stated will email me all information and I'll be able to log in to get copy and print my card till I receive the original by mail. I tried to log in did not go thru till I realize it was a sacamm....

Unified Caring Association (UCA) is dedicated to total client satisfaction and we deeply regret that you do not feel that you received the appropriate service.   We are sorry that you had an issue when trying to log onto your online fulfillment. Our customer service team is available to help Mon-Fri from 9am – 7pm EST. We would have been more than happy to walk through the sign in process with you. Feeling good about what you purchased is our highest priority and we apologize that this has not been achieved.  We strive to exceed expectations with our customers.  As a policy and in practice, UCA is committed to addressing and resolving all issues.

Perennial Care is a Unified Caring Association membership. These memberships are sold by independent licensed agents. Memberships contain various consumer savings benefits including both insurance and non-insurance benefits.

Once again, we are disappointed that you were not content with the membership benefits that you purchased. Please contact customer service at (855)556-5053, so that we can assist you in this matter and hopefully find the perfect solution.
