Mr. Robert Kenneth Davis is an Ex-Con.  His Federal Prison Number is (((redacted))).  He was busted in the nineties for "Misappropriation of Funds" or stealing peoples' money.  He has been doing this for the past twelve years. He has used other people's names to front companies as he hides in the shadows.  His present frontman is Antonia Splichal his girlfriend. They have run securities stock scams under the names of Convergence Holdings, Perfect Ocean, Convergence Consulting Services, Atlantis Aquaculture, Enviropure Fish. They have stolen millions of dollars and used for their own personal use.
