Like "many" others, we had a horrible experience with Mr. Eric Rosenburg and his company perfecthearingaids.com. His company is completely unprofessional and unreliable. He doesn't respond to phone messages left, emails sent, written cancellations. He violated his own terms and conditions policy by telling us in 2 emails entitled "order complete" and "perfecthearingaids.com has sent you a package" that  our merchandise was sent; but in reality, it was sent 3 days later, the same day that we emailed him with our written cancellation. We had to file a dispute with Visa in order to obtain a refund. Sadly, we were taught a lesson in that we will always check with the "Better Business Bureau", "Rip Off Report", and "Consumer Affairs.com" before making any future internet purchases.

Perfecthearingaids.com violated the rules/regulations of Visa! We had no other choice but to file a dispute and we won! Our complaint is warranted!

Eric Rosenburg/Rosenberg has more than 25 similar complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau.


According to Perfecthearingaids.com terms and returns policy, you must email him prior to receiving his product. We did just that when we did not receive his product by the agreed upon delivery date.

He did not honor it!

When his product arrived at a later date, we exercised our legal right to refuse delivery.

At this point, we could not trust Mr. Rosenberg and his continued misstatements and unprofessionalism. He clearly violated the rules/regulations of Visa/Mastercard.

Visa sided with our argument and refunded our money within 24 hours!

Unwarranted Complaint

This customer placed an order and we fulfilled that order.  The order completed email was sent on a Friday and the package was shipped the following business day, which was Monday.  Unfortunately, the customer filed a chargeback with his credit card company when he received the product.  This complaint and his chargeback was unwarranted, as are the other complaints that he filed.

I strive to do the best by my customers and that is why over 3,000 people can say that they are happy with my professionalism and products.
