Perfection Honda Ripoff mechanics refuse to fix their mistakes! Albuquerque New Mexico

Well, all I wanted was my transmission fluid filled on a 1989 Honda Prelude that I had recently bought with intentions of completely restoring it. Honda offered to do this for free. The mechanic apparently did not know that the transmission fill is under the car because he lifted my hood and propped it open. I went straight to work after they filled it, then on my way home I tried to turn on my headlights. My headlights are the dome headlights that raise under the hood, only they would not raise, the hood light on the dash went on and there was a strange knocking noise. I pulled over, turned the car off and opened the hood to see what was wrong. The hood prop to my car was lodged behing my dome headlight which busted its casing, misaligned the hood, and pushed the radiator down also breaking its bushings.

I called Honda that night to complain since they were the last ones with my hood up. They told me they would take care of me if I brought it in....but when I brought it in they said "we would have had to be ignorant to drop your hood on your hood prop" and only offered to pay for half of the damages. This came out to about $400 dollars. They didn't even do a diagnostic on the car and its possible that the engine is blown due to the radiator leaking and the car overheating later on.
