Patch Perfect ! Spread it and forget it!
I bet they would like you to forget it after getting your money for a defective and useless product.
It will even grow on concrete according to the pitch
and photos showing this on the nationwide commercial.
I did not find even one single blade of grass after 14 days after following the directions to the letter!
Trying to get replies and a refund as they promised
resulted in an exercise in failure.
The company,PERMISSION INTERACTIVE INC.6070 Mission Gorge Road San Diego, CA. 92120 is based in California and refunds per their 30 day guarantee were supposed to be handled by :
Eagle Eye Marketing
400 Returns Road
Wallingford, CT 06494
A one time reply from them said :
Please package the item and return by Insured Parcel Post or UPS, whichever is more convenient and send to (Above location)
I replied and asked how I was to do this since all the seed was in the ground?
NO REPLY FROM THEM AT ALL.
Repeated emails showing copies of other victim's postings that were victimized by this company and were copied from a site, ripoffreport.com and sent to them to show that many other buyers of their defective product had been treated in the same way.No replies were received!
In all cases of other complaints I found that the people scammed demanded refunds including any or all shipping charges incurred.Perhaps the next thing to do is post this to all media and internet sites and report to the Federal Trade commission.Whatever it takes to expose these SCAM ARTISTS will be taken.

I bought this product and was unable to germinate a single blade of grass. What certainly seemed like a good idea must have gotten destroyed and sold anyway. I did not pursue a refund but felt I should at least add to this report.

As the owner you have the responsibility of seeing that a customer is treated fairly and responded to.
Unless you abide by your guarantee it will be necessary to continue sending messages requesting my refund plus actions to advise people of your deceptive and illegal practices.
Note the date requesting a refund. 7/12/07 !
Your hideaway refund cohorts in CT. ignore emails and are subject to the same actions taken to get my refund.
I see you have an online marketing company.
Adverse publicity would not be beneficial to your business online I am sure.
Wise up Bob and get your act together or get out of business.
