The agent told me this is a great plan pays almost everything.  Since Chubb is the parent I believed it all Hook line and sinker.  Now I am being billed for all services since may 2017.

 

I am on disability and can hardly afford the policy now I'm out. For the policy and the medical bills they were supposed to pay!!!
