Perry Ford of Santa Barbara placed in illegal lien on my car. They did this because someone in my family allegedly owes them money. I owe them no money and have no contract whatsoever with them. My family member is not on the title of my car. I have not had the use of my car for over 8 months because I cannot register it without handing over the title and giving them my car. I have hired an attorney and we are in the process of filing a lawsuit. What they did was ILLEGAL, not to mention immoral and unprofessional.

In addition, they sold me car that had been in a serious accident and they never disclosed this to me. An ex employee of theirs notified me of this. They also sold the car with four bald tires and NO SPARE tire. I had a blowout within 10 hours of owning the car! This was extreemly dangerous and put my life in danger! They also sold me the car with a navigation system that was missing the software and didnt work!
