I purchased a wedding present online from a company named Personal Creations. They sold my credit card information to another company called UMG (United Marketing Group). UMG charged my card $11.99 per month for 3 months for 'marketing' services for cruises, hotel and airfare discounts...Nice.

I have disbuted the charges and called Personal Creations to complain. They basically told me I was an uneducated online shopper and their systems have been 'tested'. I apparently agreed to these charges when I checked out. Oddly enough, this marketing group UMG that has been charging me $11.99/month has yet to send me anything via email or regular mail notifying me of any deals.

Do yourself a favor and do not visit Personal Creations online or make purchases from them.
