Personalization Mall.com ripoff, poor quality, no customer service, thieves Internet California
Ordered $200 worth of merchandise on 12/9 with delivery date of apprx 2-3 days. Still have not received one item, and they will not reply to my emailComplaint Description: Ordered $200 worth of merchandise on 12/9 with delivery date of apprx 2-3 days. Still have not received one item as of 1/03/05, and they will not reply to my emails. I've emailed them 5 times, even emailed the owners of the company with no response. The quality of their items is horrendous, and they should be shut down. They owe me the item I ordered. They also do not have a phone number to contact them. So I am stuck.
