Beware of internet dog scammers. Upon emailing them, they will talk all nice to you and give you a sob story. Something that makes you feel sad and empathetic, yet is so outrageous, it rings some bells in you head. After showing interest in the puppy, they say they are located somewhere else: ie: philadelphia and proceed with telling you that the only option is to ship the dog out. They ask you for your full name, phone number and address, so that they can "provide the information to the agency". After insisting to pick the dog up, they tell you that it is absolutely not possible and that you must pay for a transfer of ownership. Even if you try calling them on the phone number they text you on, they claim that they cannot talk to you due to some tragic event and never speak to you over the phone. All of these are red flags. After insisting to pick up the dog, they accuse you of not being serious, and finally, when coming to some sort of agreement, make sure to never give out your own personal address. They are also willing to bargain and bring down the price from the initial given price of $200 for the transportation of a teacup yorkie. Furthermore, all of their emails are very unprofessional, have spelling and grammar mistakes. When finally agreeing, they send an email from pet express usa with a heading that somewhat looks like

PET EXPRESS USA Inlt Urgent Notice: (person name) Regarding New Transaction #XX######### (Delivery Pending..)

After receiving this email and clicking on the link to pay, you realize that there is a link to pay via a money gram. In their email, they claim to be registered with the USDA and an intermediate handler. There is then a note that states Sir/Madam, We accept online payments but Due to some maintenance problems with our online payments reservation funds, all payments to us are now made via cash wire transfer to be received and confirmed by PET Express USA international verified agent. They claim that all of their payments for documents and paper works are made directly to the pennsylvania branch office which they claim is 1941 Bainbridge St. Philadelphia PA 19146. 

All of the information in the email that is sent to you is different from the information that is on the website.

After receiving the email, they call you from an office in California and then claim that they are waiting for a payment, and due to their very high volume, they would just like you to email them to confirm that the payment has been made, so that they can proceed with shipping the dog. After realizing that the dog will never arrive and asking for validation, there were threats made.
