I pointed out that wiki vandalism is often performed by immature individuals, but I was very careful to not say that the doctor was immature. Are you contesting the claim that immature individuals vandalize wikis? I was also very careful to point out that I don't know the doctor aside from his online activities. Yes, there was some opinion sprinkled in here and there, but I was careful not to infer anything untrue. Of course, an attorney could always try and argue I wasn't careful enough. Indeed, frivilous lawsuits happen all the time.

Nonetheless, if Dr. Lipson is so incliened to bring forth a lawsuit, he needs to know he's really wasting his money. As I understand, ROR never removes reports, only the (supposedly) untrue parts of them. Plus, to build a case, he would need IP evidence. Too bad I use TOR, which is extremely hard to trace. Then, even if he did get past TOR (against all odds), he would have to subpoena my ISP, who would notify me and give me two weeks to quash the subpoena.

I have Legal Shield, and I would sic them on his subpoena like a homeowner sics a pit bull on a burglar. Then, even if he were able to identify me, he would still have to win the case. Good luck with that one buddy.  In the end though, even if he was able to get around all of that (against all odds), I don't have anything he could take. What little bit of money I have would go to pay a retainer fee and he can't take my real property (I would explain why, but that could give away my identity). He may be rich, but rich people only stay rich if they are frugal.

 Yes YOU are presenting FACTS, yet you also put your own opinions in as well. What you have done MAY be worse. Where the doctor is being "immature" YOU are using character assassination and defamation of character by posing YOU OPINION.

Note the buzzwords here.....immature, I suppose, one would expect, I mean. These are all YOUR OPINION and its from your own post. So while the doctor is being childish, YOU are being "slanderous". Sorry but you are confusing WHAT the doctor KNOWS, with WHO the doctor IS. Two entirely different packages. Anyone with a few extra brain cells together can memorize text. But it doesnt take KNOWLEDGE to do as this doctor is accused of by and the times, it takes a lack of moral fiber.

Im sorry I had to point that out to you. Whenever you point an accusing finger at one person, there are three always pointing back at you. I warn you of this as someone who has been a volenteer of RoR for awhile. There are two groups of people that get VERY DEFENSIVE over online posts. Doctors and Lawyers. Now how this affects YOU is that what you have written is under the same Laws that ALL printed publications MUST follow. Which means at its most BASIC level is that YOU are accountable for WHAT you write on the web. Ok, maybe your personal Blog could be exempt. But given the venue that YOU have chosen to post this on, this could end up costing you in the end. Its one thing to give FACTS, its another thing ENTIRELY to add YOUR color commentary into those facts. That is what you have done.

I only warn you of this because it is obvious by your post that you dont KNOW what YOU have done. Doctors and Lawyers are two groups who can PAY for that lawyer to dig up WHO you are. All it takes is a court order presented to this site and they will know who you are. Just pray that they dont see YOUR post.
