PETFLOW Bad communication regarding coupons, and would not allow confirmation with upper management. other New York

Petflow has very hard customer service, and will not allow a customer to check with upper management to see if something suspicious is true or not.  One representative told me I could use as many coupons on a single purchase as I wanted.  In fact, I was told that some people even are able to receive free items if they have enough coupons.  Is that true?  We still do not know, and are not willing to take the chance of putting our bank card down on this company.  Upper management doesn't care, I guess.  They will be out looking for jobs sooner than they believe.

The managers are not available because the front line people are supposed to be invincible or something.  The owners of this company will not be too happy to know how their investment is being handled.  They have NO humility or respect in the least for their customers.  We run businesses, and it is a lot of work to find a customer.  The children are running the house here.  It's as though they do not hear a thing I say. 

They will not help take care of my concern, and I do not recommend this company.  No honest checking of facts.  No concern if they tell false truths, could really care less.  why should I suffer the grief?
