Phenix Transportation Cussed me,picked on me,etc Forest Ms Mississippi

Hey driers how do you think it felt to be a dispatcher inside that place for 10 plus hours Monday thru Friday and 5 plus hours Saturday and Sunday and being on ca with phone? I really liked my job and I has no problem with the drivers I got along with most all of them but the inside was a joke . They yelled at me, cussed me, lied on me, said I done things that I didn't do but had everyone believing that I did it. They always get away with mistreating there people except for certain ones and they get well paid never cussed at etc. But you know if you sleeping with the boss (s) that's usually what happens . I was called stupid ignorant m*****f****r, and when I would take up for the drivers I would be called low class just like them . There was many things that took place in that awful building but I can't type it all. They would literally make me cry sometimes talking to me the way they did. I had drivers bring me things and they would say I was por and begging NO A******* the drivers liked me so they brought me things . We were allowed to wear regular clothes but if it made fun of because mine wasn't whatever I don't know really They were dressed same so idk. That place changed me to a different person and being there for few years was awful .

I needed my job really bad but I finally had to give it up . And I haven't found another job yet. There well known around here so people actually like the wilkersons but they don't really know them apparently . I tried talking to an attorney on how I was treated and I was told I had no case and I have no money to hire one especially if I had no case . And they somehow have lots of pull and way more money than me so they would only make it hard on me and would probably win anyway even since they have pull somehow . Anyways I don't think it's fair that I went in there and done my job and done it good and I got talked to like I was trash . I even while I worked there went to hospital because I was about to have nervous breakdown and it was from Phenix transportation Thanks
