First off I ordered engine on 1/28/12 and Randy stated, " It would take 3 or 4 months to build the engine," which is fine.. On  5/2/12 I called for the status on the engine and spoke with Janette, and wanted to know my phone # and that "RANDY"" would call me back..never called me back!!! To cut this short after a few calls, e-mails and I then drove up to the Phoenix Engines office on 8/13/2012  .. Damm 8 months later!!  I WANTED MY DEPOSIT BACK 2,000 this lady Lori or Jannett said Randy would help me so when he arrived in the office he said, "Well its not ready yet it needs paint," so I deccided to wait for the paint on the engine....later on that evening.   I finally purchased the 355 ci 365hp for 3583.80 on top of the crazy price I thought I was getting a great engine... WRONG!!!!  After I installed the engine it was smoking during breaking and still smoked like a train!!!! Brake-in was already accomplished at this time, it had only 2,500 miles on it.  I did all of the oil changes during the break-in procedure, ITS NOT ROKET SCIENCE!!!!!! from the get go it would run hot  so I did change the thermostat, I purchased a duel 14in fan and aluminum radiator for $500.00 to help cool the engine down and I called Randy he said that I also needed a manual fan too... That is bull this vehicle only had a 14 in single fan in the first place.. 85..z28 iroc.. so it still ran at 235 F warm.  I finally took the heads off myself and took the heads to get looked, at the machine shop NAPA here in Casa Grande Az the guy stated that this head is missing the valve seals on one of the heads.. The valves were looking very thin and the guy recommend to get another set of heads because the heads were wore out and cut to deep in the valve angles.  This place is a rip off...
