You are a rat Pierre. I cannot believe anyone would hire you with your background. You have put so many families lifes in misery with your thiefing ways of stealing money and sending it to Aruba where your mother lives.

Why your wife has stayed with you is a mystery. I see now her paycheck is being garnished. That poor girl has never done anything but be guilty of association.

Gee, who else are you lining up to ripoff now? You have such a large list of folks you screwed over in Las Vegas and down in Phoenix. God only knows where else your felony storm has struck.

While it certainly sounds very doom and gloom for Pierre and anyone with whom he does business (hide your checkbooks everyone, Pierre is watching your signatures!), there really is no accusation that can be measured, debated, or rebutted in your highly inflammatory, yet upon close inspection, highly juvenile remarks.

With ALL CAPS indicating either a significant misunderstanding of the virtual market or a simple denial of how people read online, you have essentially destroyed your own case, shaky as it may be. You mention "numerous" companies that Mr. Chaliha has bankrupted, or as you infer, embezzled from, yet no names are mentioned. This smacks of personal vendetta borne of something far more than your paltry information would indicate.

My concern is that Redwood Settlements is doing good work in the community. Pierre Chaliha is an active, engaging, and effective part of the success of the company that is doing well by its clients and helping struggling organizations turn their fortunes to a more favorable wind. Should you provide something even resembling an actionable offense, it is possible someone may listen. However, at this point, your complaint is nothing more than the barking of dogs at the sound of the wagon wheels.

I personally know of at LEAST 10 other folks that have lost money from this guy. Pierre was involved in a lot of illegal acitvity in the Vegas market and essentially utilized printing companies in Phoenix as his suppliers. The list is large.

Any person in the Phoenix print market is VERY familiar with this crook. He has even been involved in a bisto that a man fronted money for to the tune of over 200k. That gentleman was informed by one of the "screwed over folks" and immediately took legal action after learning of Pierre and his past.

Pierre later joined the company in a sales capacity and has no interest whatsoever in the ownership of Redwood Settlements.
