I am a retired school teacher with a strength in the English language. PIGU advertised that they were looking for editors to proofread corespondences to English-speaking countries. PIGU advertises itself as a world-wide online auction company. I did 5 days' work for them (aproximately 25 hours). Then I lost contact with them, and I have not been paid. Yes, I've been scammed! However, I don't understand the nature or purpose of their scam as I only gave them my email address. My payment was to be through Paypal by using my email. Anyway, this is just a "heads up" to help prevent this happening to others. Just another sad example of how dishonest, cruel, and uncaring some people can be. It makes me appreciate truly good people all the more. Perhaps this lesson is worth $160 !

I am also editing text for the online aution company PIGU.LT located to Poland. I also was also prominsed $160 for the work I already did, but have not recieved my payment. To the person (the retired teacher) who initially wrote this complaints, I was wondering do you still have any letters saved, or remember some of the names on the letters. Im curious to see if they send out the very same letters to everyone who agrees to work for them. If so, I would grately appreciate if you could forward or send those letters to me to compare if they are the same. My email is ******************. I will inform you of my findings. IF anybody else has had any experience with this company, please inform of your experience and feedback.
