Bait and Hook marketing. You sign up for a $9.95 introductory cd, then you get sent $449 worth of cds you don't want. And they just won't take them back or credit your account. Whatever the merits of their product (I personally found it useless, but others have found it very good) don't buy it directly from Pimsleur.
