"Lead buyer" never sent me an email asking for a refund because he/she/them has never done business with our company and only wanted to attempt to damage our integrity and reputation.

We never claimed to sell loan modification leads and we most likely never will. It's not great for business to publicly claim we don't sell a product if in fact we really do.

With that said it's impossible for "lead buyer" to prove anything here. It's also almost impossible for us to prove anything either. This is a situation where, for one reason or another, an internet troll (see wikipedia definition) decided that they didn't like our company and decided to throw out some bogus bad press. Now that we have posted a rebuttal once, they decided to make up new bizarre allegations about us. This is a case of "he said/she said" where no one can ultimately find truth.

Our company is 100% dedicated to our customers because without them we would not be a where we are today.

This thread of baseless allegations over a sale that did not exist can continue on forever. At the end of the day, the choice of who to believe is yours. You can either take the word of "lead buyer" who hides anonymously on an Internet forum, or rather you can trust in a company that's been around for 5 years, has hundreds of satisfied customers, and has earned an "A" rating with the Better Business Bureau. We have countless customers who will vouch for our honesty and integrity as a company.

Pinnacle Dream Media has never sold loan modification leads, so this complaint is completely baseless.

This looks to be a poor attempt at slandering our company by a 'competitor' who doesn't know our business model.

Our reputation speaks for itself.

I request that the originator of this complaint come forward and reply to this rebuttal with their real contact information instead of hiding behind the name "Lead buyer, San Diego, California" so that we can clear this up!
