10 different tenants have started a class action against company and Property Manager for abusive, and bullying tactics. Retaliation, discrimination and trying to force out tenants who have no clear indication of a violation whereas they allow drug dealing, noise, bedbugs, lack of maintenance services. The most prevalent discrepancies is gossiping about tenants. Which creates an environment of hostility among tenants. They do not want to get evicted (the property manager has favorites) so I am taking collectively complaints and writing this. VDHA and other Agencies have been notified. By far the worst for not taking care of their properties.

The Property Manager is a lunatic bullies her employees - lies to her bosses and uses tenants against each other in fact just recently we heard a tape that proved she creates friction at work and with the people she is suppose to serve - no one likes her at work, she uses the poor me with her bosses and plays the "sick" victim image. So she can get over. More tenants leave her hanging because she is just plain mean! They have a terrible nickname for her "scarface" the guy in the movie's attitude. Uses pain meds like Nurse Jackie.
