Pizza Hut ripoff rude hateful lied and slandered me Saint Joseph Missouri

First of all I would like to state that Pizza Hut does have the best pizza in Saint Joseph.

This all started in approx. November of 2005, I had called the Pizza Hut and stated a specific time that I wanted a pizza delivered to my home as I was having a small get together. The time came and went and my Pizza was not delivered at the appointed time. It was about 2 hours late. I called and needless to say , I complained, I was told that they would put a credit in the computer for me.

In Dec. of 2005 I ordered a pizza and it was delivered on time and it was free of charge.I ordered chicken wings,and cheese bread with this order. As my daughter , grandaughter, and myself ate the pizza my grandaughter found a hair in hers. Again I called and complained , they said they were sorry and would once more put a credit in the computer.

This is Feb. 2006, I had forgot about the credit, I called at 2:00 pm and ordered a pizza , (this being Feb.15,). I called at 2:00 pm and ask for the pizza to be delivere at 4:00 pm. when my company was to arrive. The girl that answered the phone said "oh you have a credit coming". As I said I had forgot about the credit, I told her this, and acknowledged it, I then ordered a large bottle of Dr. Pepper. 4:00 pm came and went and no pizza, at 5:15 I called and they said the pizza was on its way. At 6:00pm I called again, and they said the delivery boy had been at my door and no one answered the door. This was a lie, I and my company were sitting right in the front room we would have heard the boy knock on the door. Then I called back and ask to talk to the manager, she was rude and insulting. She also said the boy had been there and no one answered the door. She said the name on my mail box did not match the name I had gave her. My name is on the mail box and has been there for 4 years. Then she ask me what my name was I told her and she said that is not what they had in the computer, they had something like Brautswager. I have no idea where they got that name. When I tried to reason with the manager she proceeded to tell me that every time I ordered a pizza there I had a credit coming and that I have never paid for one. I look at my check book records and saw where I most certainly have paid for pizzas there. It is not my fault that the deliveries are always late, and that there is hair in the pizza, and that they put the wrong name in the computer. I do not like to be slandered and that is exactly what she did to me when she said I always got my pizza on credit.

I believe you should look into this and find out exactly what kind of person you have put in a manager position.
I might add I am 69 years old, and I have managed a business myself. I would never have talked to a patron the way she did. I was good enough to patronize her pizza hut, it is not my fault she is not paying attention to what is going on in her business.
As I said in the beginning I think pizza hut has the best pizza in Saint Joseph, but I will NEVER do business with them again, nor will my family.

I know how you feel.I too was done wrong by the pizza hut in my area too.The pizza hut here in my home town cause myself and my family undue stress. My grand daughter was there hours before I took her out for our girls night out.To make it short my grand daughter and i went in to have some pizza.My grand daughter started feeling sick.so when they bought the pizzas out I told the waitress I need them put in a box,that I needed to get out of here.I went to the front to pay.My grand daughter is standing at the door and said grandmama and I told her to step outside.(Once again tring to make this short.)The manager takes it on herself to go to my grand daughter (remmber I'm standing there tring to pay and get out of there)and at the same time watching my granddaughter.The manager gives my granddaughter a paper towel that had no problem with she already had one.This manager has said nothing to me.Finally they take my money I get my granddaughter to the car and start home.My cell phone rings its my grand daughters mother.She start asking me why is her daughter sick ,what has she had to eat?And i ask her how did she know whats going on? The manager of the pizza hut got on the phone and called her.I said WHAT? this was'nt right and she was minding my business.This manager knew that she was causing trouble when she done this.Because she knew that the Father and Mother was not together,she knew things would blow up.But yet she cause trouble in my family and i have yet to hear nothing from the main office. Someone her or someone in this place lied also about what happen,but thank god my granddaughter told her mom the real story.however damage done is still affecting us.
I will never step foot in this store again!!!!
I'll go to another pizza place not called pizza hut or share in pizza hut names.This manager needs to be step down. The frist thing you learn in managing a company is do not get into peoples personal business.If it dose'nt effect the company you the manager stay out.
I do agree with you they need to start watching who they make managers and etc.And teach them not to mind paying customer's business.
