Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Trust me when I say, use a different facility. They charged me late fees when I have proof I paid within the grace period stated on my contract, and when I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, they sent me a notice that they were going to increase my rent! I was only there 4 months, it is not stated that even after one year that they are allowed to raise my rent. To top it all off, the unit leaked and ruined my dresser.

What is the exact language of the "grace period" terms? Is it x-many days before any late fee or penalties kick in?
It's also possible that a late payment permits them to jack up the monthly rate, just as it would allow a card issuer to raise interest rates.
Does your written documentation contain any such loopholes, or disclaimer such as, "See website" or "See online documentation for further terms and conditions" etc?
