PLATINUM SERVICE THEY TOOK MONEY OUT EVEN AFTER I CANCLED IT! nationawide

This company which I even don't know what kind of compay it is, have taken money 14 dollars out every month over a year. I realized a few months later because this is not an account I usually use.I called the company and cancled it. They said it's non refundable, I just said okay because bank said they cannot do anything with it and I thought I might have agreed something while online shopping which I don't usually do.

After a few months, I thought it's done and over, but they kept taking money out. I called them again and told them I CANCELLED IT A FEW MOTNHS AGO AND WANT TO CLAIM MONEY BACK, they said I NEVER CANCLED IT! I argued with the lady and she was very rude, gave me cancellation number and hung up. I called them again to ask for confirmation letter or email, so it won't happen again, they screened my number and kept hanging up on. They picked up the phone and hung up right away.One guy picked up and say 'hello' and then kept silent whilei kept saying 'hello' ,he hung up again.It happned for 20 mintues and I called them back again and again. They kept hanging up on me This is unbelivable and I am just shocked. What kind of people are they?

I called my bank and requested stop payment which costs 25 dollars to do it. The bank said I can dispute only one month's money because dispute should be filed in 30 days. I should have done it long time ago,but I trusted them when they said they cancled my account whatsoever.(I never athorized them to have my account anyway.)I searched internet and was suprised that a lot of people have gone through this BS. I have to pay d**n 25 dollars to stop payment to my bank and I'm really pissed off. I want to report this company to somewhere but don't know where to do, so I'm writing here.BE AWARE EVERYONE!
