platinum srvc-80-09728094 unknow,this company is been charging on my checking account with out my consent,since 04/03/09,05/01/09,?07/03/09,08/03/09 show on my statement,even the bank does not where is come from this charge is lack of knowledge and been charge it for some thing did not know .and would like to refund all my withdraws,and stop this forever. yucca valley, California

since my wife take over review all statements,debits,utility bills,she find out some thing on bank statement and she reported to but with out respond from bank they toll her that I have to made the report, but I was out country from 04/09/09 till 08/21/09 when I return to united state ,and find what's going on on our banking account.this morning she
call my attention again, for other transaction 09/18/09  been place using my debit card never been made from myself so she contact to bank ,and is pending,for that will be investigate from bank,but the other platinum srvc-80-09728094 / confirmation#1090-7038-0918-4101-1482 that's all I got from bank and would like you help me to find the responsible .for this matter or action. and made stop rip off others,also to made them to refund my money and made charges if is possible legal action again them.
