This company is a complete ripoff, they will take your money, promise you software that is suppose to do everything to run your MLM affiliate program but deliver nothing!

Look at the other complaints on this site and you will see that they do not even try to rebutt these complaints.

I have faxed them and emailed them copies of my complaint over a month ago and they refuse to respond (then again, how can they when they know they are fraudulent and scamming people?) to me.

They have taken $1100+ of my money and will not return any of my emails or phone calls. I have software that I purchased from them that is stuck in trial mode and will not function completely because this fraudulent company will not provide the service they are suppose to.

If you have any doubts about this company, ask yourself why do they not answer or respond to the various complaints filed on this site against them? The simple answer is they can't, the complaints are factual and true and they know they are fraudulent and are there just to take your money and run.

Avoid this rip off MLM affiliate software company like the plaque or they will rip you off too.

I must say Jack, you almost sound like a shill but I will give you the benefit of the doubt before labeling you one.

So, you strongly disagree that this is a scam operation. Well what do you call a company that takes $1,197.00 of your money AND GIVE YOU NOTHING IN RETURN! I have two software packages from them BOTH IN TRIAL MODE and they will do nothing to take the software out of trial mode. Sorry, but I CALL THAT FRAUD and a SCAM.

You say they have been less then perfect with customer service but usually you are able to resolve things. Well, after 17 phone calls and 24 emails NONE OF WHICH THEY HAVE ANSWERED OR DONE ANYTHING ABOUT what would you suggest to get their attention???

My last post I stated I would give them 7 days and then report back if they did anything to resolve my issue or at the very least contact me, as of today (3 days) they have done nothing yet which points to my original claim, THEY ARE A SCAM and FRAUDULENT company.

Jack, you will have to do better if you are going to convince me or anyone else on this board that this company is not fraudulent when they refuse to answer customers, take $1,197.00 and deliver nothing for it and then claim they are interested in customer service. They have 4 more days to PROVE whether or not they are interested in customer service or not, we will see.

My experience with Moses and NicPlex has been less than perfect but I must say that I would strongly disagree that this is a scam operation. While it may be true that support is difficult at times to get, I have found that with persistance I can usually get my issues resolved. The software is the most complete out of the box solution of its kind and we have successfully used it for nearly 2 years.

They are currently working on upgrading their support and we are all hoping this will resolve that issue for us.
