I bought Invisible keylogger (http://www.invisiblekeylogger.com/) paid for it through Plimus and was unable to download it due to the fact that it was malware and was blocked by my virus killer. To register a complaint to them you create a "ticket" and post it on the website but all you get is an automated response from them. It is now nearly 2 Months now and still no reply they have no other method of contact other than this. So I contacted Plimus via their website which is same same sort of affair create a "ticket" They did reply but so far the replies have been in incoherent in broken English which I suspect was written by a Baboon by accident. Their last reply said "situation resolved" So I gues thats it RIPPED OFF!. There are lots of companies selling software on the internet that use Plimus for the transaction which leads me to believe that this is a rip off on a grand scale and that Plimus create these companies and they do not really exist. I have expressed my concerns to Plimus and Invisible keylogger but get no response.I report this without prejudice and will still be prepared to talk to them.

invisiblekeylogger a true scam be aware!

AUTHOR: Martianmarv - (Honduras)

POSTED: Wednesday, July 23, 2008

I was in need of checking what someone was doing on the internet specially the msn, well I got the 'invisible key logger' at a price of 39.99, well I downloaded and is the worst software ever, First they offer things that the program does not do, like record the hole chat on the msn, then any antivirus detects the program, if you want the program to run ok you have to uninstall the antivirus, continuing with the nightmare the support email provided is a joke, they take like 2 or 3 days to answer, on FAQ of the website doesn't tell you anything about this troubles, I open a dispute with them and the company PLIMUS (they collect the money and they help you with nothing) and guess what, THEY DO NOT REFUND THE MONEY.

This is a total scam and they will never give you a phone number, I guess they will receive tons of calls asking for support or money back.
Don"t get ripoff from this company, they sell a garbage software and looks like since they are having lot of customer problems they are moving to "TurboSpy" be aware, is the same company!, www.turbospy.com
