Around med jun 2018 I was served eviction notice,I was davested and very unfamiliar as what my rights were as a tenant,my sister reserched and she came across (eviction solution)page and forwarded their Info...I called the number and Kelly picked up the phone I explained my situation and she told me as soon as I deposit the $995.00 she’ll have an attorney contact me immediately, sure enough I got a call from a man by the name of jonhthen Clark introduced him self and told me he’s been practicing law for past 24yrs.he adviceed me to file for chapter 13 to stop the evection promising that I would get between 3 to 4 months and he’ll keep me posted as it gets closer to move...I was concerned about chapter 13 but he assured me that he’ll reverse the bankruptcy and it won’t effect me and ofcorse that was a big fat lie becuz of it my credit went to gutter.

I was told by Kelly and Jonathan That I will be receiving some paperwork and as soon as I get them to forward them to her and I was told I will be receiving new trial date and never received the new trial date that didn’t happen I did receive a latter after Aug 16th and I Immediately emailed the copy to Kelly and called her and she told me it is nothing to worrie about...sure enough about 10 days ago I came home and saw the notice of eviction by my door to leave the poroperty by sep 3rd 2018,I called Kelly no response I emailed her no response I got so paranoid I decide to do some search and saw all the reviews which I wish I noticed prior to hiring them...i had my friend call her and she Immediately answered her call when my friend confronted Her she made a lie telling her she was busy that’s why she didn’t answer I called again she wouldn’t answr but had another friend call her once again she answered her call...finally the so called attorney called me and asked me for $1400.00 more and promising that he’ll get me 6 to 8 weeks and remove you BR removed and when I asked about the reviews he and as well as Kelly told me it was a unhappy employee made up the review and it is in process of being removed. I transferred another $1400.00 and asked Kelly to please preced with paper work and she told me everything will be ok.the paperwork to stop the eviction supposedly Was submitted on Friday aug 31st and received an email that she talked to him and I should relax. 

Today sept 5th 2018 I got a call from my brother that the sheriff came by and locked the house. I called and called Kelly no respond I emailed her no response...I have my friend Vicki call her from her phone and bengo she picked up the phone and as soon as she heard my voice she flat out lied that wasn’t her and she’s Amy and hung up on me. My self and my 13yr old locked out and on the street. I beg any one in my position that pleaseeeee do not hire them I swear in my 2 girls lives that I am real and not an employee like they claim and this happen to me and I hate to see another victim. Pleaseeeee do your search and done. Kelly Butler is a complete scam and her attorneys are just like her. I believe In Karma and I know Kelly will get her wrong doing so is Jonathan Clark. S_h
