PNC BANK is being sued AGAIN in Federal Court in the Northern District of Alabama by a small business for Unjust Enrichment. PNC Bank Redeemed homes from a delinquent tax sale and refused to pay for preservation improvements and other cost after
first promising to do so as RBC Bank. This is another blow to the plight of small businesses. Branae vs PNC Bank
