In october 2015 my wife and I studied P&O brochure This is the Life for cruises in 2016. Having looked through the brochure we decided on a med cruise. To make sure we got the cruise and the cabin of our choice, eleven months ago in November 2015 we went to thomsons local travel agent shop, to book the cruise and make sure we got the cabin of our choice along with the cruise of our choice. We asked the travel rep to ring P&O to make sure the cabin was available,P&O confirmed it was available so we paid a deposit and booked it

We told the travel agen that we did not want any upgradings we had booked eleven months early to make sure we got the cabin of our choice.

In July 2016 we paid the balance of the holiday £3517, not knowing what was to come.  On September the 14th 2016 we received the luggage tags with the number of the cabin on them that we had booked.  WHAM the next day we received an email informing us that P&O had sold the cabin from under our feet, with only four weeks to go to our holiday, we had been moved from the stern to a cabin mid ship.

How could they after all the planning we had done to have a stern cabin which would allow us what we had dreamed of, to watch sun rise and sunset, also sailing in and out of ports.  P&O had just taken it away we had spent over £4000 to get a cabin of our choice the the duplicity of P&O had resold our cabin in the name of profit 

Do not forget we had booked this cabin eleven months previous to make sure we got the cabin of our choice only for P&O to steal it from us and resell it.  P Green and P&O are the unacceptable faces of capitalism.

How under the sale of goods act are they getting away with not supplying what we purchased.  P&O have sold the cabin twice how low and how dirty can they sink.

We booked eleven months ago to make sure we got the cabin and people with no morals sold it from under our feet.

I have repeatedly requested they cancell the cruise and refund my money but they do not have the honesty to do this, profit profit profit before morals. In their own terms and conditions paragraph 40, if they cannot supply the holiday they will refund the money.  But they have no guts not a moral fiber in their bodies, scum is to good a word.  

I have wrote to P&O marketing director but he has not had the decency to reply same with the cheif exc they seem to think they are above every one certainly the pensioner. There is more words for these vermin I can use who have stolen over £4000 and not supplied what I have paid for nor can they face up to answering any of my correspondence
