Polygroup Summer Escapes Ripoff, No Service, Waste of Money, Terrible Company!!! Internet

This company is a joke.  I bought a Summer Escapes pool on May 19, 2012.  We got it set up within a day and it seemed wonderful, especially since its been above 100* here.

On July 5, just 6 weeks after purchase, the filter pump died.  No good reason that I can think of, it just stopped running.  No problem, it's under warranty.  YEAH RIGHT!  I had to call 4 times and hold over 45 minutes each time with no answer.  On the 5th call, I just put the phone on speaker and waited 68 minutes before someone answered.  There is no other way to contact them but through the 888 number. 

So when I finally got someone, he told me to email them a copy of the receipt as well as my information and they would send me a replacement in 2-4 weeks.  WTF!?!  I don't know about you, but when I bought the pool, I expected to use it this summer, not in the fall or next year.  Very frustrating.

Well, I sent the email a week ago and I never heard anything.  So I called again today, and again I had to hold for 57 minutes until someone picked up.  I asked if they had received my email and he told me it takes 7 days for them to check email, so I could expect a response sometime next week and then 2-4 weeks for shipping.

So disappointed, I would definitely stay away from this company.
