Just before the holidays I order for a shipping fee only (advertised as $5.99; turned out they billed my VISA card for $8.99; first sign of a scam) for a two week trial of the "acai berry ... fiber supplement." This morning while checking my bank account I discovered this company had fraudulently stolen another $89.00 from my account.
I called the "866" number which turns out to be an answering service which supposedly canceled my "account" but referred me to an e-mail address which is bogus.
I've filed a fraud complaint with my bank as well as with the Federal Trade Commission. Don't take this treatment from these thieves. And make sure you cancel your credit or debit card immediately so they can't continue their illegal scam.
