I have to take a $250.00 loss because this vendor did not state there shipping policy on items and being that i was not home at the time of the delivery the $250.00 item was left at my front door for 8 hours and stolen,This all could have been avoided by just allowing there customers to know that they do not require signatures when delivering purchases.So beware and be informed when ordering from this vendor because if you experience a loss don't expect pond passions to help you there just in it for the profit not customer service.

When nothing could be worked out with the seller at pond passions i left negative feedback on my Ebay site where the transaction took place,the seller then notified me to reverse my feedback as i will receive a replacement unit and after doing the feedback revision the seller did not send the replacement unit or answer my emails. So please just be aware that pond passions lies and conducts bad business with there customers.
