I have "never" received an e-mail or as much as a phone call from these people as to this date Jan, 9. 2012. I must give credit were credit is due. Sear's has stepped to the plate and has informed me that under review of the matter that "they" will credit my M/C even tho it wasn't their product. If it wasn't for Sear's customer Service this company Ponder Rosa would have and was going to give me a good screwing. Therefore if the name of Ponder Rosa is in any way connected with a product I for one will stay clear of it no matter what they are selling.

I purchase from them and I never had any issue with this company, Yes they work with many other companies since they are vendors. I received my items as listed and with fast shipping.
I disagree with other scammers that try to Rip off companies that ask for there money back after they have used the item. I also own a small car wash business and agree that why should they give refund back since item used. Buyers need to be aware of companies policy. Why buy something and use it till the wheels fall off then ask for your money back? Does not happen in the real world try asking for your money back after buying a car and driving it pass 60 day sure they will refund you???? Nuts.
Stop ripping off companies and go to work sad that there is so many people trying to get something for nothing. Commoners get off the couch and go to work like real men should. They need to start a RIP-OFF REPORT for companies that have been Rip off from buyers now that will stop the scammers.
