I TOOK OUT BROADBAND IN OCTOBER 2015 I WAS CHARGED FOR FREE PHONE CALLS TO 03456003120 £4.10 FOR THE FREE PHONE CALLS BUT THAT WAS NOT ALL

I WAS CHARGED MORE THAN THE MONTLY FEE IT WAS ONLY SAPOSE BE £16.00 A MONTH I WAS CHARGED £23.00

AT TIMES

I MADE CALL TO LOCAL NUMBER FOR 43 SECONDS IT COST 3 PENCE I WAS CHARGED 37 PENCE FOR THE 3 PENCE CALL

I HAD USED MONEYGRAM SERVICE WITH THE POST OFFICE

to send moneygrams to the philippines the money grams was only £9.90 each one post pffice charged me £19.00 a head

over £2,000 over paid to post office since 2009 they refused gave penny back

they then claim i had made calls on me account that i had not made  i was totaly ripped off by post office
