Poster Jet Studio ripoff Jenkintown Pennsylvania

This online store's custmer service is awful. I makde an order to them but changed my mind while processing an order. i was trying to figure out how to cancel the order but there was no cancellation information what so ever on thier web site, so that I could not back to delate the order. Usually like amazon. com even you made an order you can cancel during order process even after the order. within 24 hours, they emailed me and asking for payment, ( since i was holding the payment becasue i wanted to cancel the order) I emailed back them to cancel the order. But they said they already processed my order. I told them I would pay but thier company did not give me enough information to cancel thier service. instead of admitting lack of thier information about cancellation, they blamed me for not mailing them or making an phone call for cancel my order. Very bad service!! don't use them !!!
