Start my own small vending business, sounded like a good idea. Powercells,an energy product vended in a power pump machine, sounds great. Do Not be Fooled!
On July 9 2008 I sent Patrick Wherley full payment for 5 power pump machines and 15 cases of powercell product. Late September I was sent 7 cases of powercells. No call, no tracking number, they were left on my back porch by ups. They've been in my closet ever since, Patrick Wherley has not sent my 5 machines or the other 8 cases of powercells. Patrick Wherley is not an honest person, He cares about the money in his pocket not yours.
I have filed reports with the BBB and The Federal Trade Commission. If you also are having problems with Patrick Wherley be sure to file a complaint with the BBB and The Federal Trade Commission. Also contact the Colorado State Attorney General Office. It's time to shut Patrick Wherley down for good. I was laid off 12-1-2008 and I'm sure I need my money more than Patrick Wherley does. Help me put this guy out of business.
