Power2Battery.com Ordered product 5 months ago and still haven't received. Non-responsive company will not acknowledge emails/refund $153 Internet

On August 29, 2009, I placed an order with Power2Battery.com for a replacement laptop battery ($153 USD), which I had been having difficulty finding anywhere else. I paid through PayPal.

After nearly 2 months, I still had not received my order. I tried contacting them by all email addresses I could find on their website, as well as their online form. (I really had to dig to find any way to contact them and they do not offer a phone number.) By that time, the window for a dispute through PayPal had passed and they could not offer any assistance.

After many attempts to reach them, I received one email back stating the product was on back-order and would be back in stock within 15 days. They could issue a refund or would send the product in 15 days if I could wait. Since I had difficulty finding the product in the first place, I decided to wait the 15 days.

It has now been nearly 5 months and I still do not have the product. I have contacted them numerous times and cannot get a response from them. I have requested a full refund from them each time, yet I still have not received a response or refund.
