They hard cold called me about 6 months before they ever came and put the equipment in my home. I advised the sales call person that my home was 10,000 square feet and yet the assured me that they could install state of the art equipment to include cameras that would allow me to monitor my home from out of state via my computer or cell phone. The system I had was working just fine. The reason I changed was that they alleged they could provide me with state of the art equipment and better service. 1. They falsified their ability to install and monitor my home. 2. When I called to resolve the issues they ignored me. 3. They have left me and my home unsecured for the last 100 plus days. 4. I got no resolution despite numerous calls and emails. 5. I went all the way to a VP that lied and said he was taking care of the matter. 6. They breached their contract with me. 7. They left my 1.3 million dollar home unsecure. 8. They removed the cameras that would not work and refused to credit me back for the equipment for months. 9. After I notified them that they had breached the contract and cut the bank draft off ten they started harassing me for payment. 10.

Today I get a bill for over 2303.54 and a notice from a collection agency. 11. They call in to customer service on this is well documented on their end. There were so many calls each time I called in someone had to send it to review as it was overwhelming on how many notes were on the account. 12. If they can only provide services to 2000 3000 sq foot homes, or in the city with different types of internet connections for the cameras to work they should not sale to the rural areas community. Summary: Breach of Contract Collection Harassment Jeopardizing my home security Emotional distress and physical harm to me as I am 1000’s of miles away from home They are deceiving the public. They are falsifying their ability to provide services. They are financial predators to the public. I am a professional and have a great credit score. If they report this to credit bureau I will file legal suit for harm and damages. Resolution requested: Void the contract and remove their equipment from my home when I am there again. Pay my expenses to fly home to let them in for retrieval of their equipment. Clear the balance of my account to 0.
