Practical Enterprices,Inc They Took My Money! Fairfield New Jersey

To Whom it May Concern;

Let me tell what Practical Enterises did for me. NOTHING BUT TAKE $9212.50 NINE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWELVE DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS.

I received a letter from Practical Enterprises Inc. Also know as P&E Inc. The letter was delivered by the U.S. Post office the letter was dated April 10th, 2006. The letter stated that they would like to manufacture my invention and assist me in selling the product.

I called P&E Inc. @ 1:00pm April 12th, 2006 no answer, again @ 3:50pm, left message with the receptionist. No return call, this in its self should have opened my eyes. I received on April 14thth, 2006 @ 11:00am of which they apologized for not returning my call, per that conversation the stated that they were reviewing my idea, I then received a letter dated April 21st, 2006 and stated that they would follow up.

I than received a letter dated June8th, 2006 that enclosed a Life - Cycle Agreement in which I had to pay a fee of $9212.50 to start the process and then a balance of $4537.50 upon completion, I signed the agreement on June 19th, 2006 I also indicated that I would supply DRAWINGS & PROTOTYPE to help cut cost and I did.

I received a letter dated July 6th, 2006 with the following information and target dates, 1st August 28th, 2006 they would supply me with drawings for my approval the never did and that the completion would be 120 days. I had supplied the drawings and prototype in the beginning other than that NOTHING WAS DONE. . .

2nd October 17th 2006, I stopped at their office wanted to meet them, and to learn what progress, at this time I was told that they had JUST FOUND A MANUFACTURE this TURNED OUT TO BIG A BIG LIE!!!! Note that they were upset with me for not telling them that I was coming to visit them. . .

It was late January 2007th P&E Inc. Left a message that they have found a manufacturer . 3rd The next target date was February 23rd, 2007 stating that the first pre-production, would be produced THIS NEVER HAPPENED. .
4th Next target date April 27th, 2007 the pre-production sample would be at a level of 80%. NEVER HAPPENED. . .

5TH I was contacted by a marketing company as the had stated.

May 1st, 2007 I called at 10:00am , 10:15am, 10:31am, 10:47am and again at 11:05am this call spoke with a Mr. Clifford left him with message that I wanted to speak with Mr Scott F Fellini no return call however got a call from Vinny Urgola this accomplished nothing.

May 4th 2007 I received a call from Mr. Urgola with on a call from a Dave in China in the up coming week , July 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th , no information Friday the 11th received E-Mail from Dave I returned E-Mail with info requested and I should receive information on May 15th 2007 RECEIVED NOTHING. .

Sent letter certified mail dated June 21th, 2007 the letter was received JUne25th, 2007 there was no response until June 29th, 2007 at 11:00am I received a call from SCOTT FELLINI , He told me that he would call me with further information on July 5th, 2007, no call on the 5th, Did receive a call from Mr. Fellini on July 11th, 2007in which Mr. Fellini told me that I would have a working prototype in 3 weeks and that HE would call me on Wednesdays to keep me up dated, he never called again. . .

August 3rd, 2007 again sent a certified letter and that P&E Inc., had received it on August 6th, 2007 the letter asked for my release of the Life - Cycle Agreement as time have become tough for me as my Wife has Cancer P&E refused to release me from the Life - Cycle Agreement.

October 30th, 2007 received a information on my e - mail of a sample that P&E had made this information showed the unit and it did not conform to the drawings supplied and would not work as it did not comply to the drawings or prototype I then received the sample the next day and was able to confirm that IT WAS NO GOOD! ! !

On March27th, 2008 I again sent a certified letter telling P&E Inc. That I did not wand to continue or relationship be on the 24 month Life - Cycle Agreement that was to terminate on June 8th, 2008 I also sent a Release agreement and requested the return of my drawings and prototype, they did not accept my letter until April 17th, 2008 by Vincent Urgola it is now be on that date and nothing

P&E Inc. PRACTICAL ENTERPISES, INC. HAS DONE NOTHING BUT TAKE $9212.50 THIS A VERY VERY VERY DISHONEST BUSINESS THEY ARE THIEVES
