Before i signed up for a class with this company, i looked over their website, the FAQ page said "We accept cancellations up to 24 hours before a class..." Just in case i wanted to back out for whatever reason. So I signed up for the MD wear and carry class without worry that I'd have any issues if I needed to back out. I signed up the evening of Nov 15th for a class scheduled Dec 10th. After a conversation with my wife and about 20 minutes, I decided to back out, and asked for a refund. This company denied the request and changed their website and policy to "We do not offer refunds" that very night, after I pointed out the policy that was written on the site.
If their website stated they didnt offer refunds BEFORE I signed up I would accept it, but it didn't. The business owner decided to change the website overnight and hide behind a new policy. Shady business practices. This makes me wonder what good a firearms class would be from a company that sacrifices their morals for the bottom line.
